Flashpoint Racing Series has just landed another sponsor for the
Flashpoint Monthly Driver shootout. They are giving away not one but
two! Altec Lansing 641 4.1 5pcs Subwoofer 400Watts Systems each month.
Starting with the Jan 11th Flashpoint Driver Shootout, the champ will
receive a set and on Feb 1st, the top ranked Flashpoint Ranking driver
will receive a set. This will occur every month from then on for 2003,
as well as frshosting.com providing plaques every month.

ENPC/Altec Lansing is also giving away a set at the Feb 1/2 West Coast
Lan event in Sacramento. I'm also working on other sponsorships and

We are looking to having this completed before the end of this month.
I am probably the most anxious person that wants to get this
redirector thrown out the window than anybody else. lol.  No more
depended on MS Virtual Machine, or worrying about those that are
behind a firewall.  Also planning on adding countdown timers so you
can tell if you have time to grab that beer before the race or setting
up a description box, so you can name the race instead of remembering
if that driver is setting up a race for his divisional race or just a
pick up race.  We also got Springboard to switch over from the
sprint.net backbone to AT&T backbone which will be done in the next 45
days.

There is a lot more stuff going on that I'm not remembering at this
moment, but those above are the important ones that come to mind.

I'm please to announcement we have come to agreement with Thomas
Enterprises for over $5100 in sponsorship for 2003.

The following prizes are set for the 2003 season.
TSW2 Cup wheel will be awarded to the Flashpoint Pro Series Pro Div
Champion for Season 1 and Season 2.
TSW2 Cup wheel will be awarded to the Flashpoint Pro Fixed Series Pro
Div Champion for Season 1 and Season 2.
4x TSW Stock Wheels are up for grabs for 2003 in our LAN events.
Sacramento will have 2 LAN events for 2003 and will have a TSW2 given
away in each of the LAN events.
2400 in credit for 2003 (Jan thru Dec 2003) for Flashpoint Team
Monthly Shootouts.  The Team Champions of 4 drivers will receive 50
dollars credit applied toward the purchase of a TSW wheel.  That is
200 in credit each month.

Dave has been a major contribution of Flashpoint racing for over 3
years and with OLR.  With both companies merging together we can
provide twice as more exposure.

As for myself.... I will have FRSHosting.com provide 9 plaques every
month to the top 5 drivers in the Flashpoint Monthly Driver Shootouts,
and winning team of 4 members for the Flashpoint Monthly Team
Shootouts for 2003.  I will also provide plaques for the top 3 drivers
for season 1 and season 2 for both Flashpoint Pro Series Pro Div. and
Pro Fixed Series Pro Div.  If I'm unable to get sponsors for FASCAR
Pro Cup and OSCAR Freedom Cup, I will also provide trophies and
plaques for top 10 drivers in both divisions at end of their 34 week
season.   I will also provide plaques and trophies for both LAN events
in Sacramento this year.  That is over $5000 in sponsorship for 2003.
