Psychology and driving simulators

We (some researchers from a sleep disorders center) are looking for
(affordable) PC based driving simulators that can be used for vigilance
testing. Most of the commercial (***) driving simulators we are aware of
are fixed, in the sense that there is no possibility to alter some
parameters/features (changing number of obstacles on the road, altering the
moment of the day, altering the weather, etc.) or that they do not return
any data (reaction time to break, deviation from midline, off-the road
incidents, etc.)
Because we have no idea if such "games" exist we ask it here.
Thanks
