I've tried to unlock all cars but I only get GT2 and GT3 cars under
quick race mode. All tracks have been unlocked and i've typed the right
codes.

any ideas?

Then go and buy the cars...

To get the cash.. use the cash cheat...

Then you will have the cars in QUICK RACE mode..

You have to go into multiplayer mode first. Use the cheat for cash and rack
up some serious credits. Then go into the "buy vehicle" tab. Go crazy and
buy everything you want to race. Then select the "back" button and go into
Quick race. Now all the cars you purchased will be available for quick
racing...
