I cannot get into the MHO***.general.discussion newsgroup, it asks me
for a user name and PW now and this is the first it has ever done this
to me. I have been reading it since it started, anyhow, is it something
I messed up or anyone have any clue why it is asking me for this stuff
now? LMK

I get a "cannot switch to general.discussion"-error and was wondering the
same thing.

Ahhh........me too. I sure am going to miss the exciting mass debates to be found there.....wonder what I'll do with all that
extra time? :^)

I am getting the same message. I tried going to other newsgroups on that
server and got the same message as well.
I think the server must be down.
