Are the helmets in the dat files as mips.? I notice Hill, for instance,
doesn't have the oars on his helmet.

I think there are only 16 plain colors available.
AFAIR Graham Hill wears a blue helmet in the original setup of GPL,
but I changed that to black (no white rowing club stripes, though).
Clarks blue helmet should be darker, too, but it's already "dark
blue".
The "white" helmets appear silver or gray to me, also.
