N4 Finally have time to look at the cars I've downloaded

I've downloaded tons of cars from various web sites....but the way they
displayed on screen there was no way I was going to get a look at all of them.
This fix alone was worth the patch in my estimation.  Switching displayed cars
in Player and/or opponent manager took so long it was pathetic.  Now they
change immediately....cool.  Now if I could just get better at driving the
darned things.
