This is the track pack, and thats all its good for, (the tracks aren't
really spectacular, if you want it for the tracks get it if you don't,

I've seen an ad for an add-on for GP2 called Perfect Grand Prix. What is
this, and is it worth getting?

It says "faster and better graphics, more spectacular crashes (like I would
ever crash ;-), better music and sound effects". It also says it contains
new***pits, but that's not very interesting. I use Pieter's carsets
anyway.

This is not the so called track pack, I guess?

It's NOT the track pack. Instant Access has previously released an GP2
Add-on, which included***pits, carsets and some other utils. The track
pack should definitly say "Track Pack" on the cover. The're some nice things
in the pack (some tracks are ok and a few elements in the editor) but don't
buy it unless you're a real gp2 fan. Otherwise it's a waste of money.

It's NOT the trackpack.. It's the predecessor, released by the same company. It
doesn't contain ANYTHING useful for people with Internet access.
