Hi,
   quick question, is tyre smoke in GP2 the same as Engine Smoke???
Strange question i know but I took tyre smoke off my GP2 because it was
annoying (i brake using keyboard!) - however when ever another racing car
fails with an "engine problem" i see NO smoke out the back - i used to
see it when i had tyre smoke on but not any more. Can CC cars engine fail
without smoke bellowing out the back??

It is just referred as "smoke" and applies to *all* types of smoke :-)
