Multiple Question about N2, ICR2, NFS, NFSSE

by matt » Sat, 08 Feb 1997 04:00:00

I am new to this group and would like to know if the following is
possible for NASCAR 2, IndyCar 2, Need for Speed and Need for Speed SE:

1.  Can the horsepower be adjusted for more top speed in all the games
listed above?

I would like to make it so that I could have 5000 horsepower in         NASCAR
2, but I do not know if it is possible.  I would like to        make it so I
can make the cars in both versions of Need for  Speed have a higher top
speed and accelerate quicker.

2.  How do you take some IndyCar tracks and make them work with NASCAR2
and vice versa?

3.  Is there a way to adjust the amount of traction that a car has in
all the games.

I would like to be able to take a corver at Taladega at 230     without
lifting in NASCAR2 and not having the possiblity of     hitting the wall.

Thanks
matt

No, you can't really adjust the top speed. Why would you want 5000 horse
power, anyways. That's about an 4300 horse power increase from the regular
horse power. Only top fuel dragsters have that much BHP. If you want to go
230 at Talladega without lifting, put NASCAR 2 into arcade mode and take
out the restrictor plate.
