I just found the Indycar2 demo at ftp.std.com in the directory:

/customers/vendors/papyrus
filename is icr2demo.exe 6.86 Megabytes.

The bad news is I tried to download and got permission denied!

What gives?

If somebody from STD.COM is listening open that baby up.

I d/l icr2demo this afternoon just fine, keep trying it was
probably just busy. MP

When I tried earlier today I got the same message you did, it was
because the unix permission settings hadn't been changed.

HOWEVER, I just got done downloading the demo, so it works now. Try it
again. :)
