Martinsville Setup

I just recently purchased NASCAR Racing, and although I can normally sort
out setups for most of the original tracks, Martinsville still bewilders
me.  Any setups that are fast and/or handle reasonably well would be

Martinsville Setup

Speaking of martinsville.  I've learned to accel until I pass the end of
the pit wall, then brake hard until I reach the concrete, and let the
de-accel of the car (and chassis) get me down to 60mph at a low speed in
the corner (65 if I'm perfect).  stagger is all the way at 1.3 to 1.5,
all the spoiler, front and rear.  Weight, as much as I can get on the
rear without being loose after 10 laps (tires are hot).  I tend to be
quick from the start, and push bad after 60 laps, until I slow my pace
down to make the tires last.

shocks, two ways I've done it.  first, stiffen both right sides up to
80 to 100 percent, and let the left sides be in the 10 to 70 range and
let the left side shift to the right, not the right fall over in the
corners.  second way is the more conventional, with the rights pretty
soft and lefts stiff.

i still have trouble with what spring to stiffen/weaken to fix what
problem, so I change the springs at 15 percent a whack to see if the
problem goes the other way, if it don't, then that change alone won't help.
