I just got my TSW2 wheel today. Looks good, feels good but my pc doesn't
recognize it. I will try hooking it to my sound card directly instead of
on my joystick switchbox. Anybody had the same problem?

I have one of the original TSW's.
It was only the 80th one made or something.
A friend of mine gave it to me since he never used it.
It's as old as the hills and still in PERFECT condition.
Smooth as silk.
The only negative is that it does not have Force Feedback.
That's why I have a LWFF =)

Fixed the problem, works fine, it's a fine wheel... Very smooth.

Bought a TSW2 last December. Its a FINE wheel. I splurged with a bunch
of upgrades like the pedal pads and wheel buttons, split axis switch.
The upgrades brought the cost up to $410 and it is well worth every
penny after all that Thrustmaster garbage. :)

What calibration numbers do you get in GPL?  (Steering, Trottle & Brake)

Told ya so...  :)

IMHO, you can't do better than a TSW and with the options, you can get
exactly the wheel you want.

I have a TSW2mod, connected to a Joyswitch.  Works fine, except I can't get
SCGT to recognize my split-axis...
I think you may have to create a custom controller...

I have a TSW with a split axis switch.  Here's what I finally had
to do to get SCGT to recognize it (provided you use a 3-axis race
car controller setup within the windows DX controller menu):

-Flip the switch to combined axis
-Hold down both brake and gas pedals
-Start the game and keep the pedals held down until the game
fully loads and you're at the main game menu
-Let off the pedals
-Flip the switch back to split axis
-(you might have to flip the switch back to split axis
BEFORE you let up on the pedals.  I haven't played the
game much recently.  If it doesn't work the first way
  try it the second way.)

Now SCGT should recognize all your appropriate axis in the
controller setup menu.  Hope this helps.
