4 years olds are demanding. They steal a lot of your time and attention.
Luckily this 4 year old doesn't steal as much of my sleep as the first few
years. Those were exhausting days and nights. I was glued in front of my
wheel too many hours of the day. It did affect my professional work, as I
showed up at work very tired after only a few hours of sleep, and left early
to play some more.
Everybody wants to provide their kids with the best possible environment. I
have provided this kid with new CPU, more memory, new video card, new wheel,
broadband connection and countless hours of careful attention. And GPL has
responded by putting a smile on my face, and giving me the white knuckles
when doing full GPs online with a lot of other "parents".
Happy birthday!

Yup - and as a bit of nostalgia, here's a ras thread from way back in
1997 (only the first few posts - Google irritatingly runs together
threads with the same title):

Imagine if it looked like it does today. Not to mention how far hardware has
come since then. I don't know of any boxes around me that would be choppy
with N2.

Oh yeah, that's right. It was re-born as a Windows game a few years back.
Forgot about that...

P.S. For some bizarre reason, I thought he said GP2.
