Nurby - a painful experience

I can't seem to break 8.20 at the ring.
I'm going as quick as I can while keeping it on the track.
Think I'm loosing time on the last slow section before the long
straight to the finish. Too many s bends to loose time on and very
easy to loose it all together. Can be very frustrating at that stage
to spin out cos the lap is lost.
By that time my hand is cramped holding the wheel so tightly, my
pedals are slipping away from me under the desk and my back is killing
me - I'm going to  need my own physiotherapist at this rate. Still,
it's all in a good cause - I think

At first glance, I thought you wrote

"Furby - a painful experience".

Needless to say what I pictured was not pretty.

I've been stuck around that time for ages. I've gone from 8:22 to 8:18,
but it's taken 3 or 4 months.

I know what you mean about the last section. It's really easy to make a
mistake on the Wipperman->Pflantzgarten section. And worse, be too slow
trying not to make a mistake and waste a good 1st section!

And then you can waste an entire lap by taking Antoniusbusche too fast
and hitting the hedge!

Eldred,
this must hurt.
0.60 secs to brake the psychological barrier - how do you feel? <hehe>

It doesn't bother me too much - now.  I know that if I don't***up, I can go
under 9 minutes.  I'm guessing my limit will be somewhere around 8:30, but I
have to learn the track better.  I haven't driven since then - lack of time,
and something's wrong with my TSW pedals... :(
