Is there any way to enforce specific car types and/or car setups when
serving a DTR race?

I'd like to race some Pro Stocks where everyone has the same setups.

One other question:

How the heck do black flags work? In one race I was just driving and
got booted with a black flag. In another I got rammed from behind, and
flagged again (this was on a server named "Clean racing" but was a
destruction derby).

Black flags are thrown if you go out of bounds on the track or
you get disqualified with excessive damage.

Joe, unfortunately, the only way to enforce a type of car is if the
host demands it and won't start until everyone complies. As far as
setups that would be impossible to force.

You also get one if someone *else* shoves you out of bounds, I noticed.

In single-player, I've also noticed the AI don't get it for cutting the
course!  A couple times I've been right on the inside edge & been passed
by an AI cutting the corner.  With no replay function, I'm not sure if
they got shoved out by another AI or what, but they go on to finish &
are not DQ'd.  :-(

The box said "Windows 95 or better", so I installed LINUX!
