General opinion of the various on-line reviews is that IRC
looks nicer than its year-old predecessor, but is a rather
"empty" experience. I compared the two. RAC Rally championship
(or whatever they called it in the US) ran quicker on a non 3dfx
machine and was more fun. The stages are much more realistic as well.
Considering the street price is now $20 over there (lucky!) I
would buy the older release instead. IRC came across as too
much of an arcade game.
