Since N3 Multiplayer has no chat system to organize races, give out
passwords, send each other  cars and setups, whatever, Jacob Butner has
setup a mIRC server with a NASCAR 3 channel.

If you don't have mIRC32, go to http://www.racesimcentral.net/
the server is 206.27.21.29
the channel is #nascar3
(it won't show up until you type it in and add it to the channel list)

He also setup an all Nascar 3 newsgroup, as well as a DTR group. The news
server is also at 206.27.21.29
