anybody know how to automatically host N3 races? I noticed some
servers on the won.net network have asterisks after their names. They
seem to run races automatically with preset practice times, then
automatically qualify and race.

Those are "unattended hosts" or "dedicated servers".  The software is in
beta, and only available from Sierra.

Those servers are running special software. It's not just a home
computer hosting those races, so the answer is no you cant.
