I am starting a tournament for GP1 players based in Britain. As we all
know, GP2 is not very good over the modem and that is putting it mildly.
I have recently been playing GP1 over the modem and you can play at
around 20 fps perfectly. If you have never raced a human being via
modem, you are in for a shock - albeit an interesting and exciting one.

Hi Ben.  Nice to see your promoting GP1.  I'll give you a hand if you
want.  Anyone interested should E-Mail Ben now as I have raced him via
modem on GP1 and the experience is like nothing on this earth, except
for the real thing of course.  But for those of us (and there are plenty
of us) who can't get into the real thing then this is as close (and as
adrelin pumping) as we're gonna get.  Go for it.  E-Mail Ben now.  You
won't regret it.
