Could be, but the point is it wasn't intentional, and the cameraman - aka
***ing idiot - showed his concern and apologized more than once. IMO
Montoya should apologize for his behavior (maybe he has afterwards?), or
have his helmet glued to his head.

At the very beginning of the video, you can see the camera man
standing there and Juan comes walking up with his lady, not watching
where he's going.  If you keep your eye on Juan from the beginning to
the point where he hits the camera, I don't think there's any question
that he just wasn't looking and ran into the camera.

And according to Juan, the cameraman, who is looking through one eye on a
viewfinder and standing perfectly still, is the f***ing idiot.  I think his
head was "broken" before the incident. :-)

I rewatched it before the discussion happened, just because I was curious.
Since the camera guy is out of the shot for a couple of seconds, it's
impossible to be certain.  But it still appears to me that he is moving forward
right after contact, which means he was walking forward before contact.  I'd
like to see the video that *he* shot...<g>
But you're correct, Juan wasn't paying attention either...  And his reaction
was 'over the top'...  But he got hit hard enough to apparently draw ***.
People tend to react strongly to that.

Never argue with an idiot.  He brings you down to his level, then beats you
with experience...
