GP2: question and presentation

Cheers, everyone!

My name is Alex, and after looking endessly for a place where somebody would
enjoy to talk about GP2 as much as me, I found this NG.. please tell me I'm
not in the wrong place.. :)
Anyway, maybe someone outhere can light a dark matter to me: why does my car
loose grip on race time. I started two different races with the same setup
but with different pit stop strategy: one is 2 stops (A) and the other one
is 3 stops (B). At the begining the difference on grip is quite big. By lap
4 is almost the same and by lap 7, the heavier car has more grip, and
therefore I make better times in A than in B!! I checked the grip with the
hof2lap.  Does anybody know why this is happening? Thank you in advance.

All the best

Alex

You're not in the wrong place. GP2 discussion is quite common here -
though it's heavily outnumbered by the vast mass or discussions on
Grand Prix Legends (because GPL is great), GP3 (because we all hope GP3
is going to be great), the NASCAR series (because the NG is full of
Yanks), and various other games of various degrees of competence.

<snip>

Um. No idea on your question. I'm not that good at GP2.

Yeah and when you make the suspension stiffer or the car lighter you get
more plank wear, GP2 is very strange
