Hi all,
Does anybody know of a utility I could use to give a 3D display of a
car or .pcx file outside of the N2 game?
It would be nice to have something quick and simple to manage my
library without having to go through the game itself.
Any help appreciated.

While it is not a 3D display of the car, N2HQ will display a small
version of the .pcx file so you can identify the car. Even if this is
not what you want, you should get this gem for all of the other
wonderful things it will do for you.
