Krimhild ?

Can't say I've ever heard that name before, is that a "proper name" or a
"pet name" ?

I think it's from one of Wagners works, based on some ancient
German myth ("Tristan und Isolde" and "Die Nibelungen", I
believe). We found the name cool and stuck with it. Raises some
eyebrows at the vet when she gets called in ;-)

LOL! Actually, Tristan was named after the guy in the James
Herriot TV series (I don't know the original name, I think it was
"all creatures large and small"). Nothing to do with Wagner; in
fact, I hate Opera with a passion ;-)
