slightly off topic, but here goes:

i had to buy something for my bicycle, who's brakes have been
squeaking madly when applied, ever since i got it.  i asked the bloke
in the shop about it, and he said i had to 'toe-in' the brake blocks!

fantastic!!  i knew re-reading 4wheeldrift and c.smith's books
endlessly would come in handy in the RealWorld(tm) one day!

still trying to find the 'bike setup' page on my bike...

Yeah..... me too. Would be a heck of a lot easier to adjust tyre pressure
with my mouse. ;-)
