Try the Honda! It may have a chance here!

debris (it's a French word, for once you cannot blame the English for the
spelling :-)

Eldred was talking about Spa rather than Le Mans.

I got the Honda up to about 198 when I checked.  I'm sure there's people much
higher.

Hey, when you're good, you're good...<g>  I was referring to Spa, though, not
LeMans...

Ooh...flashbacks.  I destroyed a FEW cars at LeMans last night.  Those f'king
turns sneak up on you, I tell ya...
"What's that -  a turn?  Yes it >CRASH!<

I've had it up to 201 without a draft.  Lost 3mph through the kink,
then *just* got back to 201 again before braking for Mulsanne.  But,
the other half of the course is still important.  Maybe it's the driver,
but people online last night were getting the Ferrari around the circuit
5 or 6 seconds faster than I was doing in Honda.  I hope to try all the
cars sooner or later, to see how the fast vs. slow sections balance out.

I actually won a race in the Honda last night, but it was admittedly
against a considerably less-than-full field.  :)

Wow, never has driving in a straight line had me grinning so much!!!  :)

Also, just had my weirdest of weird crashes there.  In 4th gear
somewhere out on the back of the circuit after the Mulsanne and lost it
going through a twisty section and hit a haybale.  Spun across track and
into the trees.  Car then proceeds to spin 'in the trees' end over end
until it finally pops out the top of them after about 30 - 40 seconds
heading skywards.  Comes down, bounces and then back up above tree
height for a few more spins until it comes down and rests on the grassy
bank.

Whole thing took just under a minute and I counted about 190 spins give
or take.  Decided to record THAT ONE!!  :)

Since I added LeMans and 3 GPLEA cars (wanted the neat dashboards)
I can't get over 185 anywhere. Used to get 198 at Spa. So I deleted
Sarthe (LeMans Light). No help. Still terminally slow, lack of power.
I run 400 Mhz w/ Voodoo2. What did I do wrong? Sam

Recalibrate your pedals and when calibrating the acellerator, don't
push it all the way down. Then it you should be able to get a higher
top end.
