No such thing exist.

Well, perhaps the closest you can go is either the upcoming Motorcity from
EA Sports or Viper Racing by Sierra/MGI.

They only thing I can think of is Test Drive II with the Muscle Car
expansion pack.  It is about 10 years old.

Motor City Online coming out soon I guess. If you want to be chased, you can
get Driver or something, that has muscle cars and actually pretty descent
physics for an arcade game.

Interstate '76 :)  The physics aren't the best, but you get to drive a
Pinto with a V12.  LOL.

No you don't.

Inline 6,
V8
SHO V8
V10

no V12's in i76.

Also if you don't like any of the maps, it's easy enough to make your own
and go cruising.

For a proper answer to the original question though, I'd suggest Gran
Turismo 2 on the PSX or an emulator of your choice- lots of old pony and
muscle to play with, even if a Mini Cooper smokes all of them round Seattle
:o)

cheers
John

Ok V10 then -- It's been awhile since I touched it.  It's still more
cylinders/weight than that car can handle "safely" :)

Street Rod 2, from about 1990 or so :)

Viper Racing has excellent physics, and there is a country road, a city
based track, as well as other non traditional race tracks, but no chasing
other than by other drivers in the race.  The game "Driver" lets you be
chased by the police through the city, and it has decent physics and is
pretty fun.
