I just pre-ordered both of these games directly from Microprose and they told me that the WC2 is going to be out in mid-November and the GP Manager will follow shortly after the WC2. That's the latest news, I guess.
These two games are now scheduled for release in early december and I believe that ordering directly through microprose at 800-879-PLAY is quite a bit cheaper than what the stores will be selling for. They are selling both games for, I believe $47.99 each.
