I can't start the game :(

I can choose the car and track, but after that I get a
"d3d9.dll" file not found error.

Yeah, dx9 is a bit evil, I would install dx6 instead. No, seriously dx9 is
pretty safe, but dx10 could become some year 2000 overflow problems...
