Hi
What is GPLRANK? Is it a program i can download(from where?) or is it web
site?

It's a website at http://gplrank.schuerkamp.de/index.html. Create an account,
upload your player.ini, and it'll give a ranking based on your fastest times at
*all* the original GPL tracks. Note that you have to have a time, even a slow
one, at every track in order for it to work.

Also note that: a) they have to be real times - no hacking your
player.ini with made-up values; and b) no railriding (ie scraping along
the Armco) or clock-smashed online laps are allowed.
