What is the best driving device to use for NASCAR 2, CART Precision Racing
and Monster Truck Madness?

                Thanks!

Depends on the amount of money you want to spend, but of course you will
need a wheel.
Any of the wheels from Thrustmaster (except the GP1 IMHO) will serve your
needs very well, unless you're a 'wheel molester': those are not the
sturdiest wheels out there.
You can modify these wheels to get them about as good as the more expensive
ones on the market (except for the sturdiness) with little effort (see the
below address).
A plus for the TM line of wheels is the stick shifter. You can add shifter
buttons with little effort, which gives you optimum realism: use the stick
in sims like NASCAR, where real-world drivers use a stick to shift, and use
buttons in sims like GP2, where real-world F1 drivers use paddles to shift.
Optimum versatility, I would like to call it.
