That, it is HUGE and its a program. I wrote one in 4 lines of PHP code and
use it on my website. Its real simple once you get the constant (ancient
Chinese secret), the rest is division or multiplication based on what you
are trying to do. Mine figures time from speed and speed from time based on
a given distance.

I am working on getting the lengths of all the tracks that simsters race on
then the code will probably ballon to a page, but then you can enter a
custom track length or choose from a preset list...

Kudos on the effort though.
