N3 Cam Editor?

Hi guys.....

I'm looking for a camera editor for N3.  I tried the "bankedit"
program...which is a .cam file decompiler....too confusing.  Is there one
around that is a little more "user friendly" .....?  I don't mind
hex-editing....just would like to know "what"...???  lol
