This pisses me off! Being a software developer myself, I can understand the
need for some kind of security, but at least I use some that is compatible
with everyones computers. I guess I went out and paid $43 so I could read
the manual. No telling when Papyrus will fix this. I was hoping to get in a
couple of races at Daytona before the real guys did.

Don't lose hope yet, I would try my suggestion above because that really
doesn't sound right. Also, if it continues I would try getting an exchange
and see if maybe it was the cd itself. Unfortunately with all the hardware
on the market it would be virtually impossible to test every possible
combination.

Let me know how you make out.

Especially when you know that it will take 1-5 days for the hackers to
unprotect it !
