Wasn't it just fantastic watching WRC Wales GB after playing some RBR?
It's just like how I felt the first time I watched some historic racing
after playing GPL, watching F1 after playing F1-2002, and watching
Nascar after playing NR2003, it's like you gain a whole new appreciation
for the sport. Suddenly, I could pick out the engine notes better to
tell when they were throttling up, I paid more attention to when they
shifted, how they cranked the wheel around, and, if the telemetry showed
it, when they were left foot braking. Loeb was running down one long,
fast stretch in 6th and the telemetry kept showing him stabbing at the
brakes while he sounded like he was going full throttle.
RBR was worth it alone just to make WRC that much more fun to watch for me.
