yeah i do. i use a "smart joy" usb playstation controller convertor. works
okay for most games, but i don't use it much since i have a 'proper' lwff gp
wheel. i use the usb convertor to use a psx dual shock.

the jogCon also works, but no FF, just the analog 'wheel'.

Yes, with a USB adapter available via the Internet. Do a search in
www.google.com for the adapters. There are quite a few available. However,
you need first to determine if the game or games support the use of NegCon.
Be a pitty to waste the money on an adapter and then find out you can't use
it within a game.
