speed limits in F1 didnt come until 1994 ...

In Donington 1993 (or 92 ... Im not sure) Senna did the fastest lap going
through the pits .... !

Can you buy certain great races on video tape ?

There must be some speciallist place that sells them, or are the copyright
laws of the bbc still in force?
