GPL: converted track setups for wimps?

 Gregor was his usual punctual self in putting out setups for the
converted tracks.  However, his setups have always been WAY over my
head.  Has anyone started putting out "Alison-style" setups for the
converted tracks where the emphasis is on driveability?  Thanks.

What I do is copy a set-up from an original track that is
similar to the converted one I am trying to learn.

Another way is to try differant set-ups from the original tracks
till you find one which feels good.
