I got bored and extracted the effects.dat file from nascar2, and converted
the flag images into animated .gif's.  I don't really have any use for them
on my webpage, but I thought somebody else might.  For now you can get them
on my Nascar 2 page.  I can't get the black or checkered flags to convert
right, but all the others are there.
