Ok, I'm revisiting this. I tried using the arrow keys to access the
changes, but all it does is CD player functions. I have to use my
numeric keypad since I made the mistake of buying a trackball
keyboard. I get the same results with num lock on or off. Any help?

Hmm...try going into the sound setup menu and turning CD music off.
