GP2 Setup - relation front and aft suspension

I've been reading quite some literature about the suspension of cars
and the way dampers, anti-roll bars and springs work. But there's one
thing I still don't understand : is there a relation between front and
aft suspension stiffness? If so, how can I tune up the car to get this
right?

Yes...soft front and hard rear (generally speaking),will tend toward
oversteer...more agressive turn-in...Vice vera will lead to understeer.
At least that's what happens in a real car...
