Need help creating second "car set" in Paintkit per papyrus booklet
pg.166-167. Everything goes by the book until I "yes" to create .dat
file. The C: drive becomes active and will not stop until I do a warm
boot. Dir and file were created but I am unable to get past the opening
Paintkit page.

The best idea would be to create your car directory first. CARS96 or
whatever. Then go to Paintkit using that directory name.
