I had an interesting experience the other day...
I was blasting along in F1RS, in 4th place, near the end of the race at
Australia. I was going down the back straight, approaching that 3rd gear
chicane. As I came out of the slight kink, I had just enough time to
recognise that it was a smoking car that I hit!
It all happened so quickly, that I only had time to register that there was
a car there - I had absolutely no time to react at all. It was quite a
surprise!
So...next time the AI pile into you, check what you were doing at the time.
Were you at full racing speed, taking the correct line?
It's easy to criticise the game for ***AI, when they take you out.

The RS2 series haven't got the best AI I've ever seen, they really don't put
up a fight in corners and the backmarkers have an annoying habit of geting
out of your way very late. This means that you come right up behind on and
he doesn't get otu of your way so you make a last minute swerve out to avoid
him and he decides to go offline to let you through, bam!
GP2's AI was pretty good and I think the F12000 guys aren't bad, their
reactiosn i mean. Unfortunatly in F12000 they default setups for AI were
poor meaning they were too prone tomistakes, there is fixes for this to the
AI is quite good, give you a very good fight. Fighting them thorght the alst
turn at Imola is quiete and experience.
GPL's is also probably the best we've seen to far but they are prone to the
odd move or two sometimes and occasionly "forget" to brake when they are
behind you....well, one Honda (Murasma) driver anyway....:-)
