I would be grateful for any feedback from someone using this wheel /
pedal combo with GPL.

As you would know Steve we do not have much choice in Wheels/Pedals.
Its either the Nascar Pro, FI Sim or the A1.

If I lived in the States I would get a TSW.
Here however get the A1.

Very well made, the single "G" clamp to hold the wheel is very
effective. Well placed buttons plus high quality pots are used. I'm
particularly fond of the pedal unit, it does not move, (on carpet at
least) and the angle, travel and tension is just right.

As a potential new buyer however you may wish to also consider.....

The MS force feedback wheel is due for release shortly at about $50.00
cheaper than the A1. Might be worth a look.

If you do go with the A1, I find setting the slider just level with
the "R" in linear to be just about right :).
