Since irl the Penskes are having such problems running at Indy, I
was wonder if anyone with the Indy Track and the 1995 car set is having a
similar problem?

Another gem of an ignorant post: the 95 car set has no different
virtual cars in it than the 93 or 94 car sets - just different
paint and names attached to the stilloriginal performance data
of the original game.

Thats right. You tell 'em. Besides, any fool knows that we would still
need a '95 Mercedes Benz engine & a bogus handling setup. While I'm sure
Bryon would have no problem getting a bogus handling setup, I don't think
a '95 Benz engine was included in the 93-94 ICR release.

Another gem of an arrogant post.  Since I do not have the
PaintKit, I did not know this.  That would explain why all the engines
sound alike and this greatly lessen my appreciation of the game.
Basically, that sucks.

It also explains why IndyEdit only sees the first car set.

If you think you can do a better job, then program your own damn
simulator!  Otherwise, can your friggin' dribble!

Never once have I implied I could do a better job.  But it would
have been nice to make some aspect of the AI configurable.  Like let the
user define attributes in the car set for things like:  ability to block,
passing, etc.  Seems simple enough....

Of course, many things seem simple enough from the outside....

Then stop playing the "boring" "GAME,"  Leave the sim racing to the big boys.

The keyword here is "seems"... for you still do not comprehend.  End of story.
I shall now let you babble as much as you like.  Your posts have wasted
enough of my time, and I suggest the rest of us do the same.  Bryon Lape
obviously has no time to learn from the posts here, and doesn't care to
proofread his own.

Good luck in your non-existent plans to create the ultimate home PC Auto
Racing game that everyone can edit to their heart's content.  You'll need it.

Ciao!

I don't think he even has a concept of what it is like to program a huge
game such as ICR and how it is impossible to make a game %100 perfect.
ICR in my opinion is the best Indy simuator for the PC, period.  You can
only ask so much.
