I've got both Indycar 1 and Nascar. (Heck, I've got Outrun as well)
Now tell me, should I buy ICR 2 or F1GP 2 ?
Just wondering...

It all depends on what your cup of tea is. If you like ICR1 and enjoyed
the enhancements NASCAR gave to the racing sim world, go for ICR2. It's
alot harder than ICR1 and the AI is greatly improved. I for one am
happy to have ICR2 (I also own F1GP1, Indianapolis 500, ICR1, NASCAR).

When F1GP2 comes out I will take a look at it. But heck I like racing!
The sim world is cheaper and safer than scrapping my current career and
besides I'm getting a little too old to start out fresh in the racing
world.

Yes, IC2 is good, but be warned - it is HARD! If you have the patience to persevere with a game
that has a learning curve like K2, then get it. If you're easily frustrated, do yourself and
your psychiatrist a favour - give it a miss.

Buy ICR2 now !!! Personally I'm glad that F1GP2 isn't out yet so I
don't have to make a decision about which game to play. I'm sure F1GP2
will be great when it finally appears but for now buy ICR2 - you won't
regret it.

You will regret buying it if you want to race realistic races ie with
yellow flags and pitstop strategy. The yellow flag bug will tell you
to go to the end of the line when you exit the pits but the last car
cannot pass you under yellow so you all just sit there waiting for
someone else to do something. Wait for the patch.

About ICR2, if you don't like the yellow flags, turn 'em on the road tracks.
They shouldn't be there anyways. If you decide to put up with the bug, if
you're stuck like that where you've got to wait for a car to pass you but
it can't pass you under yellow, back up behind him and it'll take off.
