I haven't seen anything in the newsgroup about this sim. The premise looks
very interesting and the few reviews I've read run the gamut.
Any observations?
If it's anything like their TV coverage you'll be thrown straight into
a World-Cup soccer simulation the minute the winner crosses the finish
line, everyone else be damned.
-Very unstable..crashes almost every time I play it.
-Less than stellar graphically.
-Terrible sound, especially for Midgets and Sprints. They sound like
weedeaters.
-Very poor driving model, at least in my opinion.
-No discernable difference in Midgets, Sprint Cars, or Silver Crown cars, at
least as far as handling and power.
As you can see, I'm less than impressed. The only reason I still have it
around is that it's the only Midget/Sprint game in town, and there is no
better racing on earth IMHO.
