I have the mea***er one installed now. It's a version from May - don't
know if there is a newer and the website seems to be down or gone. It's
pretty good but wondered if there are any better.
Thanks.

I've found that the same sound can sound very different on different
soundcards and speakers, so I tailor-made mine for the SBLive, with EAX and
3d sound enabled in N4.
I've just updated it for the Audigy, had to change frequencies a bit.

thanks for the offer. You can already find them at the US Pits. That's the
SBLive version though, and you need to make sure you follow the things said
in the readme.
I'm planning on uploading a modified version for the Audigy, with specific
EAX settings included, and the frequencies of the wav's modified to match
the Audigy's characteristics. I'm using these myself already, just haven't
yet found the time to package them.

Too modest m8 - tell em where to find em.
BTW, hope you'll post the audigy tweaked sounds there as well.

I've sent the Audigy modified sounds to the Pits today. I don't know,
though, when and whether they'll upload them.
Are you thinking about switching to an Audigy?

if you're really planning on trying my sounds, be sure to enable EAX and 3D
sound in N4 - the sounds have been made specifically for that environment.
If you already see the Audigy drivers uploaded, try to get these, too. Don't
use them for the SBLive, but have a look at the readme and see how you like
the EAX settings I suggest there.

tell me if you want the Audigy or the SBlive version, and I'll send them
over by email if you want.
At the US Pits, the old SBLive version still should be at
