Darlington NASCAR Setup ?

Darlington NASCAR Setup ?

by Joao Sil » Wed, 26 Apr 1995 04:00:00

Does anyone have any hints or maybe even a full setup that works well at
Darlington ?

I have tried 'tuning' the ACE and even QUAL setups that Papyrus includes,
but no matter what I try, my car still has a lot more 'Push' (understeer?)
than the computer drivers and I cannot keep up with them in the turns and
usually end up kissing the wall.

So far I have been able to do reasonably ok on the other tracks except
this one (Darlington) and the one road course track.

Any hints or even outright help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, well lets see, I used the ACE setup, made the cross weight
about 30 or so, stiffened the shocks a bit on the right side, and made
my stagger like 1.050 or so.. It reallyu depends on your driving style
what changes you make tho..
