I am going to purchase this game but I need to know first about what kind of
System required to run this game at 1024 x 768, graphics and sound all crank
up to the max level and still get >= 30 FPS. My current system is:

256 MB RAM
Voodoo 3 3500
20 GB UDMA 66 Harddrive.

And you have to ask if it can handle it?

That's probably the minimum spec needed to do that, if it will.
Motocross Madness 2 has a LOT of detail. To eliminate the barren look
of the first title, the outdoor tracks have lots of trees, banners,
podiums, etc.
The tracks look great, but it comes at a cost.
The game is infinitely tweakable. I'm running it on a P2/400 w/TNT2 at
800x600, and the game still plays great and looks OK.

The visibility slider has the biggest effect on system performance.
Setting it all the way out on a track with hundreds of trees will
really tax a powerful system.

My P3 450 128mb 16mb rage fury, runs great with full options at 640x480, but
bogs down at 1024x768 with full options.
The same system runs the original MCM easily at Hi REZ with all of the options
turned on. I would guess that you would need at least a Geforce to get what you
are looking for, but I don't think that the speed of your CPU is all that
critical.

It will be slow on that system at anything higher than 640x480. This assumes you
play with max EVERYTHING settings.
