I just cant seem to get the car balanced at all, if you have got a good
setup it would be much appreciated if you could post it to me.

If you are really in trouble with understanding the car setup you can
always try downloading a hot lap.From the car setup menu you can
extract the analysis data a view the graphs.When you then goto a non
championship race the car and data will be there waiting for you. Save
the car setup and reload your game.The load the car setup.

Its better to try to understand the car setup you may find your
driving style needs a different setup.But its a good starting point.
